Non-Refundable Services

Important Notice

Please note that all YouTube Streaming Dashboard plans (KVM 1, KVM 2, KVM 4, and KVM 8) are strictly non-refundable once activated. These services involve immediate server resource allocation and digital access provision upon purchase.

Reasons for Non-Refundable Policy

Once a plan is purchased and the dashboard is activated, we cannot offer any refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or lack of use.
  • Platform-specific changes on YouTube Studio's end that are beyond our control.
  • User dissatisfaction with service performance.
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate orders.
  • Service downtimes or technical issues.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

The only scenarios where a refund may be considered are:

  • Payment Processing Errors: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a system error.
  • Service Not Activated: If the dashboard was not activated within 24 hours of purchase due to our technical failure.
  • Fraud or Unauthorized Charge: If you can prove that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized.

Not Eligible for Refund

The following scenarios are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Service activated and used (even partially).
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • User-initiated cancellation without valid reason.
  • Plans upgraded or downgraded.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at imvickykumar999@gmail.com with your order details and reason for refund request.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include relevant information such as:
    • Order ID or Receipt
    • Transaction Date
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Screenshots if applicable
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refund Decision: You will be notified via email of the approval or denial of your refund request.
  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but this does not entitle you to a refund of the paid amount. Cancellation will only prevent future charges for renewal.


Cancellation Steps
  1. Log in to your dashboard account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. Your access will be revoked at the end of your current billing cycle

Trial Period

Recommended Approach

We recommend starting with our KVM 1 Starter Plan to test the service before committing to higher-tier plans. This allows you to evaluate the service features and performance without investing in a larger plan.


Plan Upgrade Options

Once you're satisfied with the service, you can always upgrade to a higher tier plan (KVM 2, KVM 4, or KVM 8) for more resources and capabilities.

General Terms

  • All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time with 30 days' notice.
  • For any disputes, the decision of our management team will be binding.
  • This policy applies to all customers regardless of location.
  • Abuse of the refund system may result in account suspension.
