Non-Refundable Cloud Resources
Important Notice: All YouTube Streaming Dashboard plans (KVM 1, KVM 2, KVM 4, and KVM 8) involve instantaneous cloud resource provisioning, storage allocation, and server IP deployment. Hence, plans are strictly non-refundable once activated.
Scope of Policy:
- Change of mind after activation.
- Changes made by YouTube Studio platform beyond our control.
- Accidental duplicate purchases made without immediate notification.
Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following isolated circumstances:
- Payment Processing Errors: You were charged multiple times for a single order due to gateway glitches.
- Server Non-Delivery: Server credentials were not provisioned within 24 hours of purchase due to an internal system outage.
How to Request a Review
